CURRENTLY NOT
COLLECTIBLE
1. Individual had CPA
representing him and IRS levied his wages. Within 5 days of
engaging my services, I was able to get the levy released and
the account reported as not collectible because of hardship.
2.
Individual owed taxes because of sale of real estate. IRS
attached his social security benefits. Was able to show
hardship, had the attachment released, and accounts reported
uncollectible because of hardship.
WAGE LEVIES
1) Individual owed IRS
because he had not filed tax returns for several years and IRS
did substitute returns for him. They levied his pay for several
months and would not release the levy. Successfully got IRS to
release the wage levy because of hardship, prepared correct
returns, and he ended up getting refunds totaling over $15,000.
PENALTY APPEALS
1) IRS had levied the
bank account of an 85 year old individual with Alzheimer's and
the Revenue Officer refused to release the levy after being told
of the circumstances. An appeal was filed, and, although
couldn't get the funds back, was able to get the penalties
waived and the individual received a refund of over $5,000.
There are many more
individuals like this. This is just a small sample of the help
that has been provided to individuals just like you.
